Marketing Specialist
What We Want
Insight Investment Advisers is seeking a Marketing Specialist to expand our channels for consulting services to our 1031 exchange clients. This person will use various methods to expand our brand and grow our pipeline. We need a marketing pro to own our content, to-market channel strategy, expand to new channels, manage our podcast and start an email campaign.
These activities will be critical to the growth of Insight!

Our 1031 exchange consulting services are designed to be the professional advocate for investors going through a 1031 exchange. Our service helps clients navigate the complex 1031 exchange rules and find alternative passive investments to satisfy the exchange. Our process starts with planning and concludes with deep due diligence so that clients are able to make the investment that fits their lives.
What You Will Do
Your job is to do the following:
Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to leadership.
Investigate the performance of our marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
Assist in launching and managing our podcast.
Develop and manage an email campaign.
Create content and presentation material.

Candidate Requirements
College diploma (four year college) or equivalent experience.
Ability to display significant experience running marketing campaigns and provide examples of success.
Ability to work remote and independently.
Prior knowledge of real estate investing, real estate investors and / or real estate syndication.
